First green,self sustained race resort in southern Europe.
For change of scenery decided to trade
living in Hollywierd to taking part in building a dream track.

He full up relocated. I give him credit for betting on himself and his ability to work anywhere with strong work ethic. I can't wait to go visit and see the facility!

I cashed my chips in Cali
and moved to be honest to Georgia (the country )
first.
However little thing called Ukrainian war broke
out next door and i figured not much
racing business will go down in region for
a while,so i
Moved family to Portugal and so far no complaints.
After living in LA any place is more sane and peaceful.
To give numbers to compare .
10.8 mil population in Portugal
69 murders registered per year.
That is weekly average in LA county about now.
In Lisbon pop 3 mil
government declared state of emergency because there are 350 registered homeless.
In LA 150 k live and **** on streets and government doesn't give a rats ass
as long as you use right pronouns.

I kind of like it here....

2 hours from Estoril
2 hours from Portimao
12 hours from Barcelona
12 hours from Valencia
16 hours from Monaco

There is total of around 100 HA of land

Road racing track
2,7 3,8 and 5,9 km configurations with vast elevation changes ( we got corkscrew too)
In build go kart track in 2,7 km layout.
Super cross track

And short and long sting Rally stage training track 4,3 km.

With private villas for members ( separate from track location in quite location between oak trees
not like in spring mountain or thermal.
FIA3 rating
testing up to LMP1 .LMPH and F1 .
Restaurant ,pool.
Full in house machine shop (cnc .etc,Carbon repair and eventually autoclave)

Asphalt will be on early in August.
Most of winter testing are already sold out.

So he moved to Utah.

Portugal is California of Europe in a way.
Just look at the map.
Less people
Better weather
no earthquakes
no rattlesnakes.
no Liberals ,sorry rattlesnakes again...lol
Much smaller economy
but racing is in blood here
very popular and much more followed and appreciated than in US in any level or form of it.

That is about to change costa and his party is over,
Locals are done with gypsies ,high cost of living because of golden visa programms
conservative party is on the rise.
And i want to add work force here in altenejo country side is great
my guys come in 545 am sharp and work hard.
Of course we are highest paid job in area too.
