    I primarily post from a cell phone, and with variable signal, and have had plenty of posts post twice.

    Signal sometimes makes the post not show quickly enough, and one can find themself hitting the button again in thinking the first hit didn’t work.

    May be related to what Rick said, may not be. We humans know nothing in these matters.
