Brian Hart "Big Valve" Vintage Formula B 1600cc Ford

This is a Brian Hart built (UK) custom engine described as the "Big Valve" built as an all out racing version of the Lotus Ford Twin Cam 1600 cc 4 cylinder engine used in SCCA Formula B open wheel class originating in the 1970's. I acquired this engine intending to use it in a lightweight Lotus to be used on the street. I've determined this engine to be unsuitable for my needs due to it's racing only pedigree. It was sitting for appx. 8 years after rebuild and dyno run only. I disassembled engine to determine what components and shape it is in and it's all in good shape and has been run very little. $11,000
