WTB 40 ft trailer, prefer with tow vehicle near Florida

I am considering switching to a 40 foot gooseneck or fifth wheel trailer from a 24 ft tag pulled by a motorhome.
I would consider with or without living quarters For a Living Quarters trailer, garage area would need to be at least 24ft.
Does anyone know a company that will build living quarters in a customer owned trailer?
