    If I was in the market to purchase a very well prepared and exceptionally tidy club FC this car would be at the top of my list. David Brano (FCNC29 - Snapdragon Engineering) sold me some NOS springs at a great price early last year. I had a nice conversation with him, did a bit of research on him and his fabrication / machine shop, then reached out to him to see if he could help me with several needed RF92 FF frame mods and custom parts. His price was fair, he was honest with his work schedule timeline, and his workmanship and fabrication skills are outstanding. His shop is very well run and immaculate.

    Lower priced "project" cars will cost you significant time, a lot more money, and likely will never be as good as a clean well setup and prepared car. Many of us have been burned thinking this won't happen to us when purchasing that beater project car. Learn from our mistakes.

    I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this car from Dave.

    Well said Craig. Any project car, race or street, comes with a 'Jesus' factor. I just wish things like fire bottles and transponders would not be part of the game at the non pro level. The illogical cost simply pushes potential new entries elsewhere.. WTF is a fire bottle going to do if you have a big one anyway? I am talking F1600/2000 not a 'Grosjean' incident.

    Interesting thoughts Ken.
    I wonder if some of those oft-discussed parked CFF and CFC cars would come out it things like transponders, (the now mandatory) cameras, digital data systems, 3 and 4 way dampers, multiple tire sets per weekend, etc were actually outlawed in specific club classes?

    Default Xpondr

    David;

    Eloquent, but is there an open area in the floor of the nosebox for the signals to pass?

    Hi Rick,
    There is indeed a window in the floor of the nosebox.
    I'm glad that you like it.

    Hi Rick,
    That bracket and related hardware are from Snapdragon Engineering LLC, which is to say I made them.
