Here is an opportunity to own a potentially historic FV. The Speed Sport AM3 is the predecessor to the 7 time National Champion Runoffs winning AM5. These are the only 2 Speed Sport AM models built with no plans to build more. The AM5 will most likely never be sold. However, a tough decision has been made to sell the AM3. This chassis has been fully updated to identical specs as the AM5, with the sole exception being the rear roll bar location is 3/4 inch forward on the AM3. It’s being sold without any VW components, but includes chassis, all fabricated components, rear shock, fuel cell, exhaust and body work. It will take some effort to reassemble into a running car. This is a great opportunity for a piece of history or simply a car designed to be competitive for larger drivers. Our intent was to get it back on track as a potential rental, but the FC efforts just aren’t allowing it right now. We would like to see someone put this car back on track or reassembled and preserved. $15,000. Willing to potentially complete back into running car for the right deal. Pictures to be added soon.
