Default Merlyn Mk 20 roll hoop hieght

I recently purchased a Merlyn Mk20 with super tall (28") roll hoop as measured front the top frame tube to the the top of the roll bar.
Can anyone tell me what the standard roll hoop height for Mk20 should be?

I know the 2" rule. Just want to know what the height of the Merlyn roll bar was when the cars were built.
    Thanks in advance

    Default roll bar

At least 2 in over the top of your helmet when you are in driving position. That is unless you are just planning to have a show car.

    Thank you.
I'm familiar with the rule. I want to know what the Merlyn roll bar height is for it's cars.

Consider a tall roll hoop is a good thing if you go upside down in the mud.

Just remember it never hurts to have to high of rear hoop until you need it. Just trying to get buy is not always the safe thing to do.

It is hard to comprehend that someone would chop off a perfectly good roll bar to put on a shorter one.
