Loctite Hysol 9460 Is what I have used for decades.
My primary use is bonding the belly pans to the frames. Other than that it is my go to adhesive for almost anything on my cars.

hopefully constructive comment: be aware of what you can and cannot legally bond on formula car chassis'

west systems epoxy (or similar) thickened with west systems 406 (colloidial silica) has worked well for me for bonding composite to composite especially parts I've made using the same resin in the original layup
