Gain hands on experience working for a Professional multi-car Formula Vee race shop.

After a successful 2022 seasons with 9 wins, 27 podiums, setting track records, Advantage Motorsports is now looking to expand our shop and our staff for the 2023 season.
We wanted to first open up this opportunity to passionate, hard working Apex Speed members that want to learn or to experienced race mechanics that want to stay active on a part time basis. You have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of the race car and support equipment. For those without experience we will teach you everything you need to know!
Race car repair and maintenance
Fiberglass fabrication and repair
Tire maintenance
Racing Data Acquisition Systems
Hardware and Software Analysis
Part fabrication and repair
Trailer and shop maintenance
Race day preparation
And more!

Details: Chose the schedule that is best for you.! We will meet 2 Saturdays or 4 weeknights per month at our shop in Asbury NJ 08802 (near the PA border) to train you on how to prep the cars. Travel to the racetrack on the weekend is NOT required but is the best part! Internships and Paid Positions available based on skill sets.
