    Default Actual Engraving

    Gents;

    I have this:

    I want to label the buttons, so I drew this:

    And I want is this:

    The idea is to engrave the legends onto the top round plate, anodize semi-gloss to match the wheel, and fill the grooves with an optical pleasing color.

    The problem is everyone locally does chemical or LASER. And there are issues with with both.

    Any recommendations of an old school engraving businesses that can complete this to perfection?

    Default two

    1. Try a jeweler.

    2. Check out a couple of gun dealers and see if they can refer you to someone.

    I have stamps that would work fine for that if you were careful. They are very reasonably priced

    Also anyone with a cnc mill can do that. Check local machine shops.

    i have a small desktop CNC mill 24x24x3 I've been using to cut foam for moulds. It can do engraving but I've yet to try it. Need a few weeks though. Super busy currently.
    Awww, come on guys, it's so simple. Maybe you need a refresher course. Hey! It's all ball bearings nowadays.
