Offering a rare opportunity to own a true Daryl Drummond 13B peripheral port motor. Motor has just been completely rebuilt by Daryl Drummond's protégé Rob Workcocki. Complete rebuild narrative and photos of rebuild available. Motor features Racing Beat aluminum side housing (reduces weight by around 45 lbs.), carbon apex seals and many other additional upgrades. A copy of the Motec tune has been provided by a source that supported the prototype race car that ran motor. However, cannot vouch if it is correct -- FYI. Motor has zero time. Motor will come with intake plenum, throttle bodies, intake with 30mm restrictor, (3) rebuildable stainless steel mufflers, and custom stainless steel header with 4" outlet. According to Daryl Drummond, original motor cost $50,000 to build MOL. Anticipated HP according to Mr. Drummond, with restrictor, should be around 310-315 HP. With larger 40mm restrictor Mr. Drummond states around 320-325 HP. Unrestricted??? Motor is already crated but mufflers/header need packing. Buyer arranges and pays for shipping. Asking $25,000.
