60th FV Celebration at Hallett Mar 2023

CVAR would like to formally invite any Vintage Formula Vee racers to join us at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit in OK on March 24/25/26 to celebrate 60 years of Formula Vee! This will be the biggest collection of monoposto FV's in the country! Our 55th celebration brought 45+ cars and we are hoping to top that next year at the 60th! This will also be a CVAR race weekend so there is a run group for ANY car type, in addition to the FV races so bring your friends!


All FV entrants will get a commemorative T shirt and a poster at the event. We would love to see you there!

I was told that this event was a VINTAGE ONLY event and that 'current' vees were NOT allowed. Can you clarify?

Hello Steve, simple answer is yes. This is really a vintage event. That said, we allow non-monoposto FVs from other vintage organizations run with us and we categorize them differently in standings. This will be the biggest field of vintage FVs all year just as we had for the 55th. We would love to have you race with us!

MY interpretation was that NO - 'current vees' are NOT allowed. It is a VINTAGE VEE ONLY event. 'Vintage' will vary between different sanctioning groups - and any of those WILL be allowed - but no 'non Vintage' vees.

Correct Steve only Vintage being accepted and Current/Modern FV not allowed.
