Could type for an hour about how these two "service" companies each failed us last weekend, and further, how their corporate divisions showed zero interest in what happened when contacted afterwards.

I'm sure some people will praise them based on some prior experience, but we won't use them ever again.

My belief is we’ve brought some of this upon ourselves — in mostly supporting companies to save a few bucks. Problem there is we often don’t know until after running the card, but after that we *do* have a choice.

Our spending is as or more powerful than our vote. I try hard to support only those deserving it, even if it costs more.
