    Default Aim ECU config files

As I am updating some of my data systems I decided to check for current ECU config files from the Aim website. At one point I believe there was an ECU config file for the old original ECU and a new one for the new style ECU. I see neither listed on Aim ECU lists.

    Anyone point me to them?

I don't believe there is a Honda FF document, but there are several ECU protocols available with RS3 ECU selection. In the Manufacturer list under Honda, I see FIT_FF and FIT FF21S. I think those are the two protocols you are looking for.

    Default Rs2

    David,

I should have said I am looking in RS2 as I run Evo4 with G Dashes in all my cars. I am not familiar with RS3 but will look around in it and see if I can find what you are referring to.

    Thank you,

Won't help. RS3 is only for Aim Products newer than the EVO4 (ie, the EVO4S).

On RS2, I only see the Honda / FIT_FF protocol. Note this is variant of the Bosch MS4.3 used in Grand Am, so you can also use Bosch / MS43_GA and deselect channels that don't provide useful info.

    Default Honda Fit ECU

OK, I see the Honda Fit_FF in my RS2 - I just was not seeing it under any of the ECU lists on the AIM site and that led to my questions.

I just received the new ECU file from HPD - it is: HONDA_FF F21s_@20190321_103729_007052.xc1

Do you know how to get it into RS2 or is it only a RS3 file type?

    Thank you for your help.

Jay, I run an older AIM MXL Pista data system with the original HPD ECU.

In Race Studio 2, when you go into Device configuration, my selection shows the following:

ECU Manufacturer: Honda, ECU Model: FIT_FF
    Will Velkoff
Van Diemen RF00 / Honda FF

    Default Rs2

    Will,

Thanks - yes I see that on my system just could not find any reference to it or updates on the Aim website. And I have learned that the new ECU file only runs in RS3 generation dashes.

I run 2 EVO4 with G Dash and I have just acquired a third VD FF with the MXL2 but won't take delivery for a couple more weeks.

Thanks and good luck with your races!
