Intercomp Exacto-Weigh II Controller

I got this controller with an old set of Intercomp Scales I bought. They came with this and another more modern controller. I don't have any use for this one.

It looks well used, and I have no idea if it works. However, I pulled the cover off and all the internal electronics look brand new, no signs of corrosion, overheating, etc. The wiring also looks intact. Photo below.

I will give it away for a few $ for packing + the cost of shipping, or pick it up for free (Bath, OH). It's a bit over 1-ft square and weighs a little more than 8 lb.
