I obviously know that my car is not competitive but where do I fit?

Your car is undoubtedly legal for P1. If your motor is a stock gen 1 Hayabusa 1300cc, it can be legal for P2, but the car will need some changes:
1) rear diffuser will need to be partially blocked to comply with P2 aero rules
2) rear wing will need to be correct dimension (may be already but verify)
3) restrictor required for your motor
4) solenoid/pneumatic shifting not allowed, you'll need a mechanical linkage
Given that your car will not be particularly competitive in either class, it makes a lot more sense to run P1 than spend that effort to downgrade it further in my opinion.

The Radical SR-3 is a spec-line car in P2, and as such requires no modification even though certain parts exceed the normal P2 limits.
It can be a very competitive P2 car in the right hands.
As always, David has the goods! The only thing it looks like you need is a 40.5mm restrictor and you're good to go at 1300lbs with driver.

I thought a 1300cc wouldn’t need a restrictor ?
mine is not even a 1340cc
Radical SR3 is in P2 Table 1 Spec Line Cars (~page 603). Shows a stock engine between 1005 and >1370 cc requiring a 40.5mm restrictor and min weight of 1300 lbs.
