AIM EVO4 with G dash trouble

Hi Guys! I repaired the 4 wire harness on my EVO 4 system and when I boot up , all normal until I try to Configure. It takes the inputs, however when I " transmit", the G dash display initially shows " configuring, then displays "bad slave con figure"????? any ideas??

Did you have a smartycam connected to it at one time?

Make sure the config isn't looking for any AiM expansions. If you have a channel expansion, tc hub, or anything else that is in the configuration but not connected to the system, you'll get this error.

Thanks for reply!. I do not see anything different from before. Likely will ignore and use analog Tach and oil gauges.

I know you are looking for answers to your Dash issues but I am having issues with my dash and I am trying to find a new or used G-Dash, I don't need the Evo-4 just the dash but will buy the entire set up if needed....didn't know if you were interested in selling your dash or anyone out there knows of one for sale. Please let me know
