    Simon;

    BEAUTIFUL and well documented race car. One minor correction in your description however:

    "Transaxle: Hewland Mk9 4-speed, with reverse. 9/31 ring and pinion. Metalastic rubber "doughnuts" on the halfshafts."

    Should read:

    "Transaxle: Hewland Mk8 4-speed, with reverse. 9/31 ring and pinion. Metalastic rubber "doughnuts" on the halfshafts."
    V/r

    I'm somewhat partial to the Alexis MK14 as I also have one in my garage. It's not hard to get a lot of compliments on these beauties.

    Good luck with the sale!

    As the proud owner of a Russell-Alexis, I"ll second Ralph's observation. Great looking cars.
