    Default Ackerman or Anti

Ackerman seems to be the one suspension adjustment that isn’t. It’s set at the factory, and that’s it. Except for karts, that have different ackerman settings built in.

Looking at my Elan NP01 it’s roughly parallel steer or maybe a little anti. Looking at photos of other cars: Elan DP02 some ackerman, Radical Prosport lots. Formula 1 lots of anti.

I’m making new steering arms and will include some ackerman adjustment.

There is an optimum ackerman setting for each car, tire, driver, and track. It’s not one setting fits all.

Definitely... my car came (as an FF) with lots of anti... finally got in there and fixed that last year, really woke the car up.

Still working through all the consequences!
