    Default A 'nuther Rule ??

Is there suddenly a rule that my Formula Car now needs a flashing rain light rather than as it is now - a light that lights up ???

Maybe one day someone will come up with a rule that says > no more rules.

of the number of individual lamps the assembly may contain."
