After studying your course - and the FIRM too - it would seem your track at the longest is maybe 1.5 miles long ? I'm still willing to ruin some tires for free there for you.

Photo seems to show an abandoned(?), or is it a started-but-never-finished facility?
    where abouts?

    Default The Track

It hasn't been used for two years but is in great condition, just dirty. It is nearly two miles long and is a better layout than the current PBIR road course, in my opinion. I am installing Lights, paddock shade structures and garages. This facility was a private owners playground and he has aged and tired of racing. Sorry for the quality of the filming but this will show the track and the 200 acres I plan to add an enduro bike track, trails track, flat track, jet ski drag racing lake and a standing half mile strip along with the existing reversible and reconfigurable road course (car and bike) and go cart track layout. I hope to keep the feeling of an open safe track where you can test the limits without the track walls biting you similar to the track in Gainesville only larger. https://youtu.be/FZn6OweRxgI
The locals will be cleared from the track along with the dirt and dust.

    Default Track location

We feel the location will pickup much of the PBIR business when it closes in April-May 2022 and some new business from Tampa, Sarasota, Naples, Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale since it’s two hours or so from all points.

Do you intend on getting the track certified for competitive road racing by SCCA, NASA, PCA, etc? If so, it would be beneficial to get the SCCA Stewards in SouthEast Division involved early to help determine the requirements to do so.

Or is it to become a membership track like Atlanta Motorsports Park?

Something that you will need to address is the lack of lodging close to the track. Nearest town is like 25+ miles away.

How will you address this issue?

If you add 100+ sites for RVs to park with electrical maybe water, could help with some of the lodging issues.

You will need several facilities that can handle restrooms (M/W) with showers.

Will you run into the same issue that RBIR ran into concerning sewage disposal?

Also looking at the property where is the nearest paved access road?

Where are you thinking about putting pit road in relation to the entry point of the track?

Just a few things that I think you will need to address before you dive to deep into this project.

I wish you the best and keep us informed on how things are going.
