Engine Needed
Hi all,
New to FV, and looking to get started racing this spring season. I am picking up a protoform roller and looking for an engine to drop in it. If anyone has anything they are looking to sell please send a pm my way. I have a carb and manifold, but will gladly take yours as well if the engine comes with it. Thanks and looking forward to any and all leads.

I have an engine in my shop that I could part with if you don't find something closer (I live near Athens, GA). It came with a vee that I bought and I sent it to my engine builder (ButlerEngines in Greenville, SC) because I didn't have any history on it. That was 2 years ago and it's been sitting in my shop ever since. This should be a good, national level engine - but I'd be selling it without carb/manifold .. although I do have an older (non-'blown') manifold as well as a couple others that could go with it . as well as a good carb - but it would need to go back on a dyno to have a 'pro' jet it properly if you really are looking for national level performance and don't want to spend 2 years of racing trying to get the jetting close.
