Default Advice / Recommendations on polisher / buffer

Any experience advise for what polisher / buffer (handheld) to buy. I suppose the cyclo dual head polisher would be the ultimate but more interested in something for occasional use. Probably more interested in ease of use than ultimate performance. Would like to polish both gel coat / paint and aluminum.

    Your thoughts would be appreciated.

    Default Buffer

I like a 7-8” pneumatic. Unfortunately it needs a large compressor.
Cyclo is great with minimal swirl marks. Have polished aluminum aircraft with both.

Whatever you choose, make sure is a Dual Action buffer. If not, you may burn through clear coat and paint.

    Default Buffer Recoommendations

The DeWalt 7inch buffer is a good reasonably budget friendly solution, but if you want to go all out the FLEX PE14 is one of the best out there. Its also commensurately priced (ouch!) Google it for details , German made, quiet too.
