    Default Information about (possible?) rules changes for 2022

    I just sent this out to the FV registry (STARTED the process... it takes a few hours to send to everyone), BUT .. for youse guys and gals that are NOT signed up in the Registry .. here it is...

    Disclaimer .. this MIGHT NOT BE ALL rules changes that apply.. but these are the ones that *I'M* aware of ... so far :-)
