Default NBC Peacock Premium and Premium Plus - how many adverts?

Looking for comments from actual users.
Just looked at the Peacock website and learned that $5/month gets you shows with ads, and $10/month gets you "some shows will have some ads"....
Seriously?? I thought paying for streaming was supposed to be ad free.

So users, are there as many ads as on network NBCS/N ? reduced significantly? so few it's hardly noticeable?

    thx

    Default Good Question

    Interested in this answer also.

Thread Hijack.... IndyCar is running the Nashville circuit this weekend. On their site it shows a logo for Peacock and for NBCSN. Will this race only be shown on the paid version?

The race will be on NBC Sports network which is usually part of any cable subscription.

The practice and qualifying will be streamed live on Peacock. Comcast, at least in Denver, includes Peacock for free. These you can watch live or later by streaming from Peacock.

If you care enough to ask, then you probably care enough to get the premium service. if you just want cheap access, then go for the basic. I watch the basic and could not even tell you if there are commercials, but I don't fuss over it. I generally treat it like a radio, and then watch at the critical moments, or when Diffey and Bell start screaming.

thx Greg, I care enough about racing to actually want to see some LOL

I'm ready to boycot NBCSN just on principal, but would hate even more to spend additional money on TV and not see significantly less commercials.
