Gents;
Looking to source some donut shims:
- OD: 2.375”
- Thickness: 0.005”
- ID: 2.125”
- Material: Any, but aluminum is ideal for not having to deal with dissimilar metals.
Any help?

In the UK, but worth considering:

Alternatively have them laser-cut?
Aww.. its only 0.004 inches - sorry.

When I used to fly Phantoms, I was called an AVIATOR.
Now I race cars. So, am I now called a PAVIATOR?
Here is what you can find on McMaster-Carr. The standard sizes are 2" ID, 2.75" OD, so you would need to trim, but it's only 0.005 thick, so should be pretty easy:

Of course, you could just cut your own from aluminum shim stock (6"x50" roll is $26):

Or you can have them make you a set of 4 for $56:

David;
In my search, I immediately went to McMaster-Carr. Since these hub bearings are a standard size, I thought there might be a source that has compatible shims.
But I am grateful for the guidance.
Incidentally, I call Monday to place my order to finish my button plate.

Rick:
If you cannot find what you need or get someone to make them for you, I can. Won't be cheap, though!
It looks like I can do you .002's, which you can double up - I'm out of .004 stock. Be a few days before I can do them.
RP;
I shipped the parts this AM. Should be there by Wednesday.
