Has anyone used tire decals?

We run a couple of open wheel cars that would have used Goodyears or Firestones back in their day (60's-70's), but the only tires available now are Avons. We like the idea of a more original look when the cars are static displayed and were wondering if anyone has used tire decals. Companies like Tire Stickers and Muscle Tire Lettering sell products that look good in their ads, has anyone used these products? Thanks

What size tires do you use in your static displays? Maybe there are some decent old tires laying around. I know I have a full set of Goodyear Blue Streak FB tires with the tag still on them.
