I am wondering how complete the car is: fuel cell, extinguisher, belts, homologazation etc. Has it been on track, test day?

So, it's new and never raced, but it was built in 2002? What has it been doing for the past 19 years? Parts car?

My guess is that it was a spare chassis rebuilt from spare parts. I assume there's no logbook?

Perhaps a spare, as ALL teams have them. What’s the difference? It’s NEW.

Again, it is new, all of it. Your point?

Log books are not issued by the factory. They are issued by the club (read: SCCA, as an example).

    Default Swift 014 is sold

The 014 is sold. Great to see the interest and enthusiasm the car generated. Had many enjoyably conversations with potential buyers about the car. After some time in the shop for appropriate preparation, chassis #057 should see its maiden lap at the track in the hands of its new owner.
