Other than straightening the outer lip with a big adjustable wrench (better than channel-locks) while still bolted together, I think replacement of the bent piece is the answer that you don't want to hear.

Maybe if they are Compomotive? I actually sent a few wheel hats to a place in Pennsylvania a few years ago hoping to buy some new ones. No Dice...

Depending on how it's bent, an experienced wheel shop may be able to fix it. I had a Gotti wheel straightened a few years ago. At the time I couldn't find replacement rim halves. I think it cost me a couple hundred bucks to have it fixed. About the same as a new rim half (had one been available).

As for good shops, I've always had a hard time finding them. The first one I used years ago closed. The second went to hell after I used them, and I wouldn't go back.
