Has a rev limiter been used on the engine? I'm concerned about the condition of the engine after 700 miles of use?

I think this is definitely a situation that warrants a phone call if a serious possible buyer.

I remember this car from when I first started racing in the southeast, especially Roebling Road. It was very well cared for, and driven well. I know I'd be thrilled to own this car.
