Default It's too evil to actually do, but...

...given that Honda still advertises this engine for sale:

    https://hpd.honda.com/store/shop/ope..._10000f21sa200

    ...which they clearly describe as:

'Honda Fit crate engine modified for Formula F'

...and for which product the picture clearly shows:

    10000F21SA20jpg.jpg

...(clearly a Honda Fit L15A7 with all the required engine parts)...

...wouldn't Honda be guilty of false advertising if you bought one and it DIDN'T come with everything they displayed it as having?

    It's very tempting.

    Ah, but that's about installation.

The engine is explicitly described as 'Honda Fit crate engine modified for Formula F'

If you describe it like that, show a picture of it with all the racing goodies, and then actually supply an unmodified crate engine... ...isn't that false advertising? If I didn't already have a spare wrecking yard engine, I might be willing to give it a go.

    Default Look further

I looked down the ad and found complete installation kits for DB-1, DB-6, RF99, and CFF.

"Turnkey kit for converting your Swift DB-1 to Honda power...."

Sounds like they are advertising a kit to me

They may have stock left that they will continue to sell until they are gone.
