...and for which product the picture clearly shows:

...(clearly a Honda Fit L15A7 with all the required engine parts)...
...wouldn't Honda be guilty of false advertising if you bought one and it DIDN'T come with everything they displayed it as having?
It's very tempting.

Look further
I looked down the ad and found complete installation kits for DB-1, DB-6, RF99, and CFF.
"Turnkey kit for converting your Swift DB-1 to Honda power...."
Sounds like they are advertising a kit to me
Kits they can no longer provide it seems.
They may have stock left that they will continue to sell until they are gone.
