Stumbled across this new series. Appears their promoting a few events this season to guage interest for 2022. Vintage Formula Atlantic and Super Vee. Schedule shows events at Road America and Watkins Glen in July

The group will also include Formula 2 cars. They will normally run with us in conjunction with the Masters Historic Formula 1 group. Ron Maydon (the organizer and owner of the series) also runs a major series of F1, Endurance Cars, and Sedans throughout Europe. I've run with the group from its inception in the US, and even Japan, and the events are very well run. The event at Monterey in May will also include Formula Ford Cross Flow cars (possibly as a prelude to including them in the group?)

I doubt it as it is a group for 2 liters and under.

finally I managed to be able to join the conversation!
Thanks to Phil and Charles for introducing me and explaning the series. Masters is very much looking forward to launch this new series at Laguna Seca May 15/16. The second race will be at Watkins Glen, July 8-11 and straight afterwards the Atlantics can enter at Road America in their exisiting run group as well.

Masters Formula Atlantic Plus hosts cars from 1969-1986 (we have 2 classes) and caters for Formula Atlantic, Formula Super Vees and Formula Two cars.

Unfortunately not. We have Formula Atlantic, Formula Super Vee and Formula Two cars in this series!

Wonderful news. As the owner of a recently restored Lola T250, a water cooled T328 in the process of restoration and a T252, getting these overlooked historic cars on track would be great.
