my first, second, and last preference are decisions on rules made based on objective facts/data and science. the challenge is clearly telling the difference between objective facts/data and science and self serving utterances masquerading as objective facts/data and science. clearly there are individuals, groups, and corporations that will say just about anything to achieve their goals. it is therefore of paramount importance that we validate the integrity of things being said or written that have the potential to influence our community; asking probing/pointed questions is a good thing!! I'm guessing that the entire ApexSpeed readership can tell the difference between a "garage in Santa Clarita" and a corporate R&D facility.

    Hi Art,
My garage in Santa Clarita did have a vector network analyzer. Bread boarded a 6 pole Ku filter there.
