    Default Scorpion FV Roller

SOLD Complete Predator Scorpion roller. Highly customized Predator / Scorpion. Car has a complete Caracal Rear Suspension and adjustable Mysterian Front Steering system. This is not a Vintage car, it was built with the best components used on current Formula Vees. VSR Shortbox, VSR adjustable beam and Spindles, VSR Exhaust system, Penske Rear Shock, Adjustable brake bias etc. Car has sat for a while, so it will need some spit, paint and polish but it is a solid, competitive car. Built for smaller drivers so it would require rollbar modification for tall drivers. $3400 PM if interested.

Yes this is Pete Pires car. A Great friend, and great driver who we lost this year, This car was a fixture at NE Nationals and the Runoffs. I believe the car that Dennis is referring to is now owned by John Petillo.

When I saw that green The name Pete Pires immediately hit me. He was one of many people I met in FV that I called a friend for so many years.

6'2" would require a roll bar extension to accommodate your height, 5' 10" or less with its current configuration. So at your height your decision would depend on your ability to get a new roll hoop put in; this will most likely be the case with many FVs.

I'm 5'-8", 14" wide at hips and torso, and 160#....good fit? I'm "petite" for a male, 32" waist. Appreciate a bit more info, as this would be my first SCCA car. (I've done some sedan endurance racing...) 336.692.3700 or ted@hamiltonhelmets.com (I used to airbrush racing helmets.) Thanks,
    ~Ted

    Dave,
    Who bought it? Alex?

It sure showed well at Indy. Can we expect to see it on the Majors grids next year?
