From the original owner of my car, the Miller family in Ohio had two sons that were going racing. Perhaps that's why the picture above listed the driver as "Jeff J Miller" to differentiate from the WI Jeff Miller. DaveW already told me that he was pretty sure the WI Jeff Miller didn't drive an FF against him.
