    Default RIP Ron

    OMG, There is going to be an outpouring of grief on this one from the SFR guys. Not only was Ron a great mechanic that suffered through all of us amateurs driving a formula whatever, he was the best driver coach I've ever worked with. The calm analytical explanation of the data from that "best lap ever" always made me faster. Marshall's eulogy is an understatement, he was the nicest racer I've ever met. The Sears Point shop fraternity was close knit, Ron had keys and alarm codes to most all of the shops, everyone trusted and loved the guy.
