    Default Rad Work

Looking for someone who can do some radiator work for me. I know I can go with C&R and others but looking for from fresh resources.

I asked a local shop to fix one I brought to them in the past and I was very disappointed with the "Epoxy" repair they did on it. Sloppy. Temporary fix which doesn't match my standards....Even though they explained it was a good fix.

I have one rad that needs to be re-cored and turned into a double pass. (Or custom made)
Another rad I need AN fittings removed and changed over to 1" tubes.
    Both are about 26" x 8"

Should have reasonable craftsmanship. Hopefully easy to work with and explain over the phone the goals (if not within driving distance),...
    Oh and hopefully reasonable priced.

Let me know folks you have worked with.

    Thx

    Default Radiator

Keith Averill is fabricating two new radiators for my Reynard. Very reasonably priced. Give Keith a call.

The best radiators in the world are made by Paul Weel Radiators https://www.pwr.com.au/ . They have a US distributor. They built two for me, and they were cheaper than the local radiator guy, but they turned out to be works of art. And to top it off, even in 38 degree (Celsius) race day, engine stayed at normal 82 degrees.

That would be C&R in the US.

    Default Saldana ....

Saldana got rave reviews by people who contacted me privately.
Saldana apparently sold the rad business to PowerCool Systems.

I was told this was the new contact but after the initial call I havent been able to reconnect. (Three emails, two voicemails - no return communication {I am a geek so I have verification of receipt and that they have been read})

Two thumbs down for PowerCool - not recommended as a vendor/supplier.
