For those interested, registration is OPEN for Barber. I understand that they are expecting a HUGE contingent of FFST at this event .

    Default Update

    Steve,

Because of virus concerns two of the races on the pre Covid schedule above have been cancelled. Now that Alabama is a red zone state in terms of the virus our young drivers starting new good jobs cannot go back to those jobs w/o quarantining. In general there were lots of issues so it just can’t be done.

It’s really sad because it’s a great track and everyone was looking forward to going. Larry will post a revised schedule. I felt that the Alabama Region extended every courtesy and hope it can be done at another time.

    Default Revised Schedule

Because of the CV-19 virus we have again been forced to alter our schedule. Everyone was excited about Barber, but state and employer restrictions on the majority of our drivers it a deal breaker. Most of the drivers would have to go into a quarantine if they traveled to Barber. We appreciate all the efforts they made to accommodate the small formula car group, but something bigger than racing got in the way.

Below is our revised schedule. Both events promise lots of track time prior to qualifying and racing to test both cars and drivers as required. Hope to see you there’

    August 29-30- Waterford Hills, Michigan
October 16-18- Pittsburgh International with FRP
