Default Gopro 8 on an Atlantic

Here is some footage from a gopro 8 mounted to the front of my Atlantic. The picture is very crisp but I did go through quite a few lens protectors to get the footage

Hypersmooth is pretty damn amazing compared to the Gopro 5 I had before.

    Default Mount?

Can you share details on the mount/case you are using?

Cool video. I put a camera on my front wing with no stabilizer and it was horrible lol. That does look super smooth.

Is it just a sticky mount?

THAT is sweet! I love watching the tires in slo mo. Is that all just features of the GoPro? I’m not terribly GoPro literate...

Yep, just sticky mount but the hypersmooth 2.0 seems to be able to cope with the bumps

Awesome audio. Did you do anything special or just used the GoPro as-is?

This was shot at Taupo, New Zealand. Great track. Amazing footage, so stable. Even more amazing that it was on the wing. Wow.

Can you tell me about the lens protector system you used? The Gopro 8 does not come in a protective box...... (I have just bought a Hero 8). I need something ASAP. Did you buy a box (housing) or use the stick on glass.

Have you tried this yet (link below)? Its my next job. I asked the company and the Hero 8 does work with it (their website is a bit out of date, just mentions the Hero7).

I was using stick on glass

I run an aim dash that has GPS so haven't had a need for the gopro telemetry.
