    Default Steering rack lubrication

    I'm in the process of summer overhaul, and its rack rebuild time. What are people using for lubrication? I've heard of engine or gearbox oil, STP and grease.

    I'm assuming that you are referring to a rack and pinion. Grease. Something with moly in it will do the job very nicely.
