Default Source & Material: Insert, Sleeve, Shoulder Washer

    Insert Washer
    Sleeve Washer
    Shoulder Washer
    Flange Bushing
    Reducer Bushing

Whatever you want to call 'em.

On my VD there are a lot of these and their dimensions are slightly different than standard pieces from:
    https://www.mcmaster.com/insert-washers
    http://www.accuratescrew.com/catalog/bushings

    What material should they be?

What is a good source for these?

I would use 4140 PH and turn them myself. Otherwise, find someone with a turret lathe or CNC lathe to run a bunch and sell the extras. Just my $0.02.

I've always known them as "top hat spacers".

I have used that name myself. As for source, give a call over to Doug Learned at Fast Forward. I bought a bunch from them last season. They just need some dimensions and will have you ready to go.
