Default coolant and fuel sample port

Searching the CGR I cannot find a section on acceptable coolants to use.I know anti freeze is frowned upon although some cars use a small percentage with water.
Also, 6an braided hose for fuel injection, where can I find a fuel sample port?

    Thanks,
    Will

Yeah, coolant isn't banned outright as many of our cars (tintops, that is) live in unheated garages for the winter.

That said, much easier to drain the fluids out of formula cars/prototypes at the end of the season, so I believe we do tend as a population to run only water with additives.

For the engine cooling system, I had used Redline Water Wetter forever with great results, i.e. great condition aluminum radiators. I switched to the Valvoline Pro-V Racing Super Coolant Additive based on the online suggestion of Dave W.

A small amount of water pump lubricant is advisable as well.

The Redline Water Wetter and the Valvoline super coolant both have water pump lubricant in it.

ive always heard that anti freeze on the track is about the same as oil. I thought it was banned long ago.

    Not banned by the GCR.

Individual tracks may have policies/rules around fluids like oil or coolant, especially remediation requirements (and costs)

Antifreeze is harder to clean up than oil. Very slippery stuff !
