Default Penske model number for Reds?? Manual ?

I'm trying to find disassembly and rebuild instructions for the Penske's on my Vortech. They are single adjustable (rebound only) and were probably purchased in 2011 when the car was built. I can't find any reference to them at all .. on the Penske site or anywhere else on the web. I was 'shocked' that I could not even find a PICTURE of these things on the web.

It would seem that the 'red tube part' should unscrew from the 'big end' where the nitrogen goes in. I am pretty reluctant to use 'massive force' or to clamp the tube with vice grips or anything that would damage them.. but I NEED to get in there to fully replace the fluid at the very minimum. The 'nitrogen area' seems to have a SOLID piece separating it from the fluid area .. but it's obvious that there is some leakage of fluid across that boundary. However, without a manual, I can't figure out where or what o-rings are needed or how to get to them properly.

No markings on them that I've found other than PENSKE.
Anyone have a manual for these things?

    Steve,

You could always give Fred Clark a yell at Caracal Inc at 904-234-5603. He rebuilds Penske shocks so he should know about the Reds.
