Default Race Weekend and On Track Time

When you guys state the number of race weekends run to discuss how much time you allow in between certain maintenance what does that equate to in hours driven? Basically, how many hours of on-track running are included in an average race weekend?

    Test day: 4 sessions at 20 min/session = 80 min
    Practice/qualifying: 2-3 sessions at 15 min/session = 30-45 min
    Double race weekend: 2 races at about 30 min/race = 60 min
Total: up to 3 hrs. Often a bit less due to black flags in test and qualifying sessions.
