    Default End plate aluminum washer

    Friends,

I am in need of 8 large OD (up to 1 inch), 10-32 ID aluminum washers to fasten end plates to a main wing element and flap. I used to have a stock pile of these left over from my race shop days but slowly used them up and have lost track of the resource I had used to obtain them in the past.

These are not countersunk washer, those I can find easily. These are about 1 inch OD, 10-32 ID flat on one side, beveled on the other to a flat surface for a button head allen screw to seat on.

Any help, direction, links etc will be greatly appreciated.

Mike, the two with flat surfaces are exactly what I am looking for, I just need 8 total. The other mike posted a link to new countersunk ones that might make more sense as its easy to buy new hardware. I was just trying to avoid doing so as this is a short term improvement on a customer car before it gets upgraded to a full width carbon wing this winter.

Bryan, the countersunk ones I have are new and the 2 flat ones are slightly used. Let me know if you need any of them.

We carry two sizes of the countersunk aluminum washers, and 1" cad plated STEEL 10-32 washers that take button head screws.

Check with the kart racers. They use a ton of them and are quite reasonably priced.

Just fine. I've countersunk them myself when needed.

The black anodized washers are nice though.

I'm working on an American Iron class 2005 Mustang, racing at the upcoming NASA championships at Mid Ohio in a few weeks. I think it qualifies for using stock car washers!

Try Brad Baytos at Primus racing, he has what you need, something like: https://www.primusracingparts.com/wa...num_p_433.html
