Ongoing situation for many, many years. Have been kind and patient, yet seems it's time to go public concerning Club Motorsports Tamworth membership refund....

Can you believe it's been about eight years, yet still getting excuses for not issuing my membership refund. Does anyone here have insight / connections to get my Club Motorsports in Tamworth NH membership refund moving forward?

I think after 8 years it is time to swallow hard and move on.

Thanks for responding and good thing all hope is not lost. We racer / track guys stick together and glad to see your reply. They did repeatedly say a refund would come............. Hopefully this matter gets solved shortly. Am truly glad the track is open and many drivers are benefiting from the track experience. Guys like me had faith and joined as a member of Club Motorsports in Tamworth NH very early. In fact I went to the NH State Capitol once or twice to help move things forward as they were getting building permits or some such.

Look forward to getting this matter resolved.

What was the refund for?

Because they didn't open when they said they would (so you paid for something they didn't deliver)?

I wouldn't give up if that's the case, especially if they are still 'legit'.

Joined back in 2004 as a Bronze member. While the paperwork i have here states anticipation for opening the road course by the summer of 2004, construction started at the end of August 2013 according to an article in Conway Daily Sun October 2014. So yes, it took far more time than expected to be completed and am truly glad it finally opened well over a decade after i joined.

Welp, gave up ever seeing my $$$. The warnings quite a few cars guys gave many years ago seem to be right. Ah well, so called them and said just donate it to charity or for safety gear or ??? because this way at least i feel like, somehow, they did something good with my 'paltry' few grand.


Next time you visit Club Motorsports, thank them for my kind donation to help them out.
