Right Coast Race Weekend #3 at Pittsburgh International

The weekend of August 2, 3 & 4 will see the Right Coast Formula F Series presented by American Pen Company return to action at the Pittsburgh International Race Complex. We will be the guests of Formula Race Promotions for another “all formula car” weekend with RCFFS joining the F1600, F2000 and Formula Atlantic/F1000 pro series and the Formula Vee Challenge Cup series.

Registration is open at MotorsportReg.com. Filter your search to “Pro Race” and look for “FRP – PIRC”. You can also go to www.rcffs.org; go to the “Schedule” page then to “Pitt Race”. You can link directly to the MSR registration page from there. You can also see the weekend schedule from our site.

There is testing on Friday morning that is available for an extra charge. The Right Coast weekend starts with the first practice session on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning we will have our second practice session and we qualify right after the lunch break. Race 1 of the weekend takes place later on Saturday afternoon. Races 2 and 3 take place on Sunday.

On Friday and Saturday evening we will have our usual evening socials. On Friday night we hold our corporate partner drawings. On Saturday evening we will have the kill sticker presentation for the podium finishers in FF and CFF. The trophy presentations for the feature race on Sunday will take place approximately 20 minutes after the race has been completed.

Please remember that Right Coast welcomes all FF and CFF drivers and cars. Slicks, treads, Fords, Hondas; if you want some very competitive and fun racing please come and join us at the fabulous PIRC. The long course at Pitt Race is a blast to race on and has transformed PIRC into one of the top race destinations in the US.

Had another great weekend with the Right Coast gang and FRP. Great weather, great racing, great friends. Three weeks until we do it again at Summit.

Had a great time at Pitt with the all Formula F racing. Great group of people to race with. And when we run with FRP even better as they are true professionals. No need to go and find result sheets, they email them to you shortly after each session and you can check them out on your phone.
