    I do wonder how they will tell the story as written, from the dogs point of view... what a great book for sure, but usually they mess it up when the make a "Hollywood" movie out of one.

    I wondered how this would work too, but I saw a live play of it in Olympia WA, with a guy playing Enzo the dog, and it was great. You really could get into it. I assume in the movie they will use a dog, with computer graphics help, but I hope they keep the spirit of the story (& no, they didn't use me as an extra at Pacific Raceways, dammit !). When I met Garth at a race seminar, I just told him he needed to put some emotion into his stories!!! lol !!! (if you read the book, you will get that). I hope it turns out great !
