FRP Watkins Glen
Hi, all. We’re a week out from the second event of the FRP season at Watkins Glen (May 10-12). The weather forecast looks like it should be in early May: Sun, rain, snow, clouds all mixed in a single afternoon. Remember, Watkins Glen has its own ecosystem. It’s May in Upstate NY and if it were sunny and 70 degrees all weekend, no one would remember it. All the usual suspects will be in attendance, plus a few new additions and there will be almost 4 ½ hours of track time available for each run group at one of the great tracks in North America. Entry lists are on Motorsportreg.com now and will be posted on our websites at the beginning of the week. Don’t be shy; come out and play, we will make you welcome. If you have any kind of SCCA (or CASC) license you are good to go.
