Default What little I have read on the FRP F2000 Atlanta race so far

Qualifying for race 1 put Brandon Dixon on pole, with Misha Goikhberg 2nd, with Steve Jenks third, David Durrett and Megan Gilkes 4th and 5th.

Weitzenhof is renting a DP08 (his Citation is still being rebuilt), and had all sorts of problems with it, on top of being uncomfortable driving it.

Race-wise, the first race saw Dixon again topping the field, with Durrett, Jenks, Gonzales and Wright filling out the top 5. DW didn't run.

Race 2 today: Dixon wins again, with, Goikhberg, Jenks, Durrett, and Gonzales comprising the top 5. DW finally got to run, but only got 15 laps in.

There is much more complete coverage on F2000series.com, same for the other series as well.

The weather played havoc all weekend and the schedule changes were a rolling event, but there were moments of dry track.
